Our workforce is drawn from European Member States, however, our largest source of labour is currently drawn from Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Portugal.

As Europeans, the level of their qualifications is of the highest standard and recognised across the EU. Not only that, the English language is widely spoken amongst our workforce making communication easier.

All our workers are registered as self-employed in their home countries. This means they are responsible for their own taxation and social insurance contributions so that our clients do not have to worry about the administrative burden of dealing with taxation issues.

Being under contract to Dolphin, we ensure they are fully covered by health insurance in case of accidents and injury, and that they are fully compliant with, and fully aware of health & safety regulations.

Engaging workforce who are self-employed relieves clients of many of the headaches associated with employment. It also provides clients with flexibility, and an assurance that if a worker does not come up to scratch a replacement can be found quickly and easily.
